OUR FOCUS

Edgemere Consulting partners with Public Housing Authorities and other organizations to meet the challenges of planning, operating and preserving high quality, affordable housing programs and communities.

Edgemere has partnered with Public Housing Authority and other clients throughout the country since 1993 to meet local housing needs and to operate effectively and efficiently in an increasingly complex regulatory framework. We work collaboratively with our clients to design and implement technical assistance and training programs that are tailored to each organization’s needs.

Edgemere’s primary focus is providing training, quality control and other technical assistance to agencies administering Public Housing, Housing Choice Vouchers, Moving To Work, Rental Assistance Demonstration, Choice Neighborhoods and other affordable housing and related supportive service programs.

Our primary goal is to strengthen, preserve and expand affordable housing opportunities. We support clients in achieving excellence, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance in the administration of these vitally important housing programs through targeted technical assistance, policy analysis, staff training, quality assurance initiatives, strategic planning, grant writing and program evaluation services. Edgemere assists clients to plan and execute long-term improvement strategies and to address near-term challenges and opportunities.
